Pablo’s Cantina Y Cerveza has opened its doors in Parramatta, serving Latin American tapas and cocktails.
Taking inspiration from Uruguay to Mexico, Pablo’s extensive tapas selection includes spicy baked Argentinean cheese and chorizo crumb, zucchini flowers filled with pimento peppers, smoked eggplant and romesco sauce, as well as wood-fire roasted lamb empanadas and wild boar tacos.
For something heartier, there’s a selection of mains which are cooked on an authentic Parilla grill. Options include beef and chicken churrasco served on a free standing skewer, Peruvian spiced chicken and John Dory fillet.
For dessert, diners can indulge in wood-fired pineapple, beer, agave glaze pineapple sorbet, mini churros with dulce de leche and whipped apple cream and dark chocolate set custard with an Oreo biscuit base, marshmallow and white chocolate gelato.
Located in the recently renovated Parramatta Leagues Club, the new restaurant boasts balcony views and both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Alongside a range of Latin American-inspired cocktails, Pablo’s offers a range of craft beers on tap, including their very own Jacks Brewery beer made by Parra Leagues.
