Japanese dessert concept PAFU has continued its Melbourne expansion, announcing a second location at Southern Cross Station.
The new venue is set to open on 5 June, and will offer free puffs for the first 100 customers on 7 and 8 June from 5pm.
PAFU will be open seven days a week and offer one menu item – pastry puffs filled with custard and Fuji apple, otherwise known as the Japanese take on a French apple turnover.
The fitout has been designed by TA-SQUARE around a millennial pink colour palette.
PAFU is from ST Group, which currently manages PapaRich, NeNe Chicken, Gong CHa, Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts, Ippudo and iDarts.
