Food and beverage ordering platform Ordermentum has announced a new program that aims to give back to its customers.

Ordermentum Rewards is now live, with venues able to earn points for actions such as connecting and paying suppliers.

Users also have the option to convert rewards points into Qantas points, and there are more partners set to be announced down the track.

“We’re very excited to partner with Qantas Business Rewards as the launch partner for Ordermentum Rewards. Their loyalty program has been rewarding hard-working Australian businesses for years – with many of our venues among them.

“Over two thousand venues have signed up to the program so far, and, as we add more rewards, we’ll put it out to venues to suggest other partners they’d like to see as part of the program,” says Adam Theobald, founder and CEO.

“Hospitality is tough, but the past couple of years have been even harder than usual. That’s why we’re so pleased to have Qantas Business Rewards on board.

“We know how valuable it’ll be for venue owners to earn and convert their points towards a well-deserved trip or other rewards.”

The program is the latest initiative from the platform, which had a productive 2023, raising $16 million in capital and acquiring Foodbomb in September.
