Victoria’s first dedicated non-alcoholic distillery has set up shop in Brunswick East.
Brunswick Aces was previously operating from a shared facility in Healesville before making the move to the new bespoke location.
The site features two stills, including one for R&D purposes, which will allow the brand to boost production and expand its Sapiir range.
“Since we created our first Sapiir in 2017, we’ve seen demand continue to trend upwards,” says Stephen Lawrence, CEO and co-founder.
“As the cultural rise in alcohol moderation continues, we are seeing more and more people not only searching for high-quality, non-alcoholic drinks, but also exploring how they are made and what’s in them. Our new distillery will allow customers to go behind the scenes and learn more.”
The space will officially open on Saturday 6 March with bookings for the distillery experience launching next week.
