Canberra’s Night Noodle Markets will make a comeback 25 February to 6 March this year.

This will be the event’s first return to the city since 2020, where locals can sample from some of the country’s best Asian venues.

“We’re so excited to be back in Canberra with The Canberra Times Night Noodle Markets after a one year hiatus due to COVID,” says Head of Nine Food Events Venessa Cowell.

“The Canberra Times Night Noodle Markets are going to be bigger and even better this year with our stallholders onboard and our partnership with Mr Yum. It’s guaranteed to be a great night out of feasting for friends or families. ”

The festival’s new location at Parkes Place West Lawns will be filled with hawker-style stalls including Korean BBQ King, Korbq, Donburi Station Wonderbao, Hoy Pinoy, Teppanyaki Noodles, Flying Noodles, Twistto and May’s Malaysian Hawker.

Gelato Messina is also set to make an appearance with more vendors to be announced in the coming weeks.

Partner brands will be running pop ups such as Dan Murphy’s Zero Per Cent Bar, an Aperol Spritz Kombi Bar and a Gage Roads Beer garden. Fairy floss, coffee and popcorn will be on offer at the Accor Hotels stall with proceeds going to charity.

Beverages will be on offer from Heaps Normal, Gage Roads Brew Co., Coca-Cola, Dan Murphy’s and Rekorderlig Cider.

A partnership with Mr Yum will reduce queuing time for diners with the option to order and pay for items with a QR code through the Mr Yum app.
