After purchasing the site in 2015, Maloney Hotel Group has reinvigorated the iconic Hotel Bondi, with phase one of the renovations now complete.

Built in 1919, the Hotel Bondi is popular amongst locals and now boasts a fresh new look and a seasonal menu.

The interior has been upgraded and now has a light and airy feel, with white furniture and timber dining chairs. The bistro and lounge areas are decorated with draping linen lights.

The menu showcases seasonal salads, share plates, burgers and pub classics, with dishes including the grain fed Black Angus top sirloin and beer battered barramundi. The cocktail menu incorporates fresh juices and premium liquors, while the wine list is dominated by Australian drops.

The hotel plans to reveal stage two and three of the renovations in mid-2016.
