Sydney restaurateur Eddie Leung is expanding his Beverly Hills restaurant Spago with the launch of a new location on the North Shore.
Located on Victoria Avenue in Chatswood, Spago offers modern Italian dining in a casual environment.
The venue will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and revolve around freshly made pasta.
“Diners can watch their pasta being made and enjoy the sights and smells of this experience,” says Leung. “We want to promote the culture of real Italian pasta, in particular, the unique texture of al dente pasta.”
Signature dishes include pappardelle with ox cheek ragu and carbonara alla chitarra with guanciale and smoked egg yolk.
The venue will also offer a wine list featuring local and international wines along with Italian-inspired cocktails.
