The first five tenants have been announced for the Gold Coast’s newest dining precinct,  8 Street Surfers Paradise.

Ramen Danbo and Sharetea have opened their doors, while Touch of India, Dumpling Mama and Ace Thai will welcome diners from next month.

The Asian dining precinct will eventually comprise 30 vendors, turning Cavill Lane into a hawker-style street food market.

“The variety of cuisine provided by the first tenants gives diners an insight into the culinary and sensory journey 8 Street Surfers Paradise will provide,” says Cavill Lane’s Harold Kopelowitz.

“Only the very best vendors have been successful in securing places as tenants and as a result, diners will have the opportunity to experience the very best Asian cuisine in Surfers Paradise.”

Ramen Danbo brings traditional tonkotsu ramen to the precinct, while Sharetea serves freshly made bubble tea. Touch of India will offer Indian street food, Ace Thai will specialise in modern Thai cuisine and Dumpling MaMa will serve a variety of dumplings and congee.
