Vincent Lombino has been appointed group director food and beverage at Ovolo Group.
Lombino will oversee restaurants and bars across Ovolo Hotels and Mojo Nomad and work closely with the restaurant’s culinary partners including chefs Justin North, Ian Curley and Hetty McKinnon.
Lombino will also focus on new developments across the hotel’s portfolio and will create new concepts.
“I have been watching their growth for years and I’m very excited to be joining. I love the direction Ovolo is moving in and their passion in elevating the food and beverage experiences across the group,” says Lombino.
