Mr Percival’s has opened its doors at the Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane.
The eatery has been spearheaded by ex-The Fish House chef Damien Styles and Merivale’s Patrick Friesen, who is working across multiple venues within the precinct.
The seafood-focused venue takes inspiration from local produce and features a bar area and dining space.
Menu items include caviar service with crème fraiche and blinis, live oysters on ice with lemon, cured meats, fried zucchini fritters, lobster and crab rolls and crispy fried school prawns.
Protein options cover everything from crumbed lamb cutlets with spring peas to grilled octopus with nduja and marron with sea urchin butter.
There’s a plentiful spritz and wine list on offer including light reds, rose and sweet wines. Both local and international varieties are available. The venue will also serve signature cocktails and more than 12 beers.
