Belles Hot Chicken owner and chef Morgan McGlone has launched Sunday in the inner-city suburb of Potts Point.

The venue champions rotisserie chicken and revolves around the concept of Sunday night family dinners.

McGlone has worked with Apera chef Ryan Blagrove to put together the menu, which showcases Bannockburn chicken from Gippsland in Victoria which is cooked using a purpose-built rotisserie from Chelles, France.

Along with roast chook, diners can sample dishes such as a chip butty with madras mayonnaise and fried curry leaves; a ling burger; a spin on a Waldorf salad and a chorizo, chimichurri and shallot roll.

Celebrated bartender Jenna Hemsworth is behind the pre-batched cocktail offering, which covers a Negroni, a martini made with neighbouring venue Room Ten’s cold drip, an Aperol spritz and a margarita.

The venue also has Running with Thieves’ XPA and lager on tap plus a selection of natural wines.

Sunday is open for dine-in and takeaway seven days a week from 11:30am until late.
