Maybe Sammy co-founder and former creative director Andrea Gualdi has been appointed as Merivale’s new group beverage manager.
In the role, Gualdi will oversee the development and execution of beverage offerings across Merivale’s 90+ venues that range from bars, restaurants, event spaces, and nightclubs.
“Merivale’s commitment to pushing the boundaries in hospitality aligns perfectly with my own passion for creating unique and memorable drinks,” says Gualdi.
“I’m eager to collaborate with the team on unique and innovative experiences, focusing on thinking outside the box when it comes to delivering those drinks to our guests and creating memorable experiences.”
Gualdi will work alongside Group Creative Cocktail Lead James Irvine (ex-Four Pillars) and Group Beverage Manager Franck Moreau MS.
