QT Melbourne’s Rooftop at QT is undergoing a refresh to reveal its new look and food and drink offering this October.
Recently appointed Executive Chef Nic Wood is spearheading the culinary direction for the venue which will feature a Mediterranean-inspired menu.
Wood was previously the executive chef at QT Perth’s Santini Bar & Grill, before time spent in the US as group executive chef of NeueHouse in Hollywood, Downtown and Venice Beach.
Guests can expect a collection of snacks ideal for afternoon grazing, plus dishes that showcase Wood’s flair with farm-to-plate cooking.
“I am honoured to be expanding my role across QT and excited for these iconic destinations to be entering a fresh chapter,” says Wood.
“We are delivering diners an experience, so along with sensational flavour and quality ingredients taking centre stage, we are really raising the bar and bringing that renowned QT quirk to life in the most memorable of ways.”
QT’s Food and Beverage Director Chris Stock will curate the drinks offering after time spent at London’s Dandelyan, and hotels One Hundred Shoreditch and Sea Containers London.
Rooftop at QT’s design has been led by award-winning designer Nic Graham and will include private booths, high banquet seating, a private dining room, and outdoor bar.
Rooftop at QT Melbourne is set to reveal the new offering mid-October.
