Mike and Mia Russell have announced Baker Bleu is expanding out of Melbourne for the first time.
The bakery has been expanding its footprint in Victoria and now has stores in Caulfield North and Hawksburn Village.
The Sydney iteration of Baker Bleu will open in Double Bay on Guilfoyle Avenue in early 2022, which also happens to be a short stroll from Neil Perry’s soon-to-launch Margaret.
The proximity is no coincidence as the chef has confirmed he’s teamed up with the Russells to bring the bakery to Sydney.
Customers can expect Baker Bleu’s signature bagels and country loaves alongside danishes, baguettes and more, which will all be made on-site.
