Melbourne café Hash Specialty Coffee has expanded, opening a venue in Camberwell. Its the third venue for the fast-growing Melbourne-based hospitality group, which also includes Hash CBD, Platform 7 and the soon-to-open Whitehorse Chloe.

The Eastern suburbs location offers a new menu, with breakfast and lunch options including chorizo and seared scallops with white bean puree, romesco and fried eggs; slow roasted beef ribs with bourbon BBQ sauce; almond milk panacotta with match poached pear, honeycomb, passionfruit gel and candied banana; and crispy duck leg with pan-fried semolina gnocchi, fried egg, smokey maple and herb salad.

Drinks include the Hash hot chocolate, which features 85% Mörk Chocolate served with fairy floss. Reverence’s Hash blend — a combination of beans from El Salvador, Guatemala, Kenya  and India — will also be available alongside a rotating selection of selection of single origins for espresso, filter and cold drip, as well as tea from Larsen and Thompson.

Like its sibling venues, Hash Camberwell will feature an art installation by Melbourne-based artists. In association with FoArt four artists will be showcased: Ruskidd, Crafty Bounder; Vanderlism; and Il One Art.

Hash Camberwell is open seven days a week from 7am to 5pm.
