The Commons of Ormond Collective has opened in Melbourne’s St Kilda.
The Big Group is behind the outdoor venue, which covers 1000sqm and comprises four spaces: The Beer Garden, The Conservatory (takeaway, snacks and drinks) The Kitchen Garden (restaurant) and The Garden Cafe.
Each space has its own facilities (sanitiser stations, concierge check in) and socially distanced seating.
Dogs are welcome at The Commons, and there will also be a weekend market held at the sprawling venue.
“Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years now, the last six months have certainly been the hardest,” says Bruce Keebaugh, founder of The Big Group.

The Commons is open seven days a week with bookings now open.
