Award-winning Sydney bar Maybe Sammy has announced a partnership with TFE Hotels.
Maybe Sammy co-owners Vince Lombardo, Stef Catino and Andrea Gualdi will work on the food and beverage offering of a new premium hotel which is set to open on the corner of George and Hunter Street in the CBD.
The hotel will house a restaurant and bar, currently named Deans on 22.
The team will also work on the in-room dining experience, which will include bottled cocktails.
Maybe Sammy is currently ranked #11 in the world and was recently named Best Bar in Australasia for the second year in a row.
The venue also secured the Art of Hospitality Award from The World’s 50 Best Bars earlier this year.
