Pizza and cocktail connoisseurs Maybe Frank will launch a pop-up at Bondi’s Beach Road Hotel from 15 November.
The pop-up will be located on level one and will be open Wednesday to Sunday.
“The space itself is exactly what you want for a summer pop-up,” says co-owner Vince Lombardo. “The combination of indoor and outdoor seating is great, there’s a lot of natural light, we have a stand-alone kitchen to use and it’s one of Bondi’s best-loved pubs. It was a no-brainer.”
There will be seven pizzas on offer including the classic margarita, the Diavola with mozzarella and hot salami and the Tartufo with mozzarella, mushroom, blue cheese truffle oil and grana.
Drinks can be ordered directly from the pop-up including negronis and Aperol spritz.
The pop-up is open from 6:30pm Wednesday to Saturday and from 3pm on Sundays.
