Melbourne croissanterie Lune will be expanding their offering in the form of a CBD shop.
Founder Kate Reid spoke to Good Food about their expansion plans, confirming they are in the process of signing a lease.
The concept of the CBD store is for customers who want to grab a coffee and a croissant compared to their flagship Fitzroy location where visitors are able to watch the croissant making process.
Raw croissants will be made in Fitzroy and taken to the CBD site via a refrigerated truck where they will be baked on-site.
Opening dates will be announced once the location is confirmed – stay tuned.
