Restaurateur and chef, Luke Mangan is hosting a bacon brunch at Mojo later this month, following on from the recent Sensasian warehouse party.
Aiming to engage the local community by giving Sydney’s culinary talent as well as new local businesses a collaborative platform, Mangan’s Waterloo warehouse will be putting the spotlight on bacon, brunch and bubbles on 29 August.
Participants include Katherine Sabbath, N2 gelato, Andy Bowden, Blackstar Pastry and Cuckoo Callay.
“These guys are the real legends in events like this – they are a creative, entrepreneurial bunch and all rising stars in the food scene in their own right…it’s amazing to bring together such a diverse yet talented group from all around Sydney,” said Mangan. “Our events at Mojo are not only about having a really great time – but I’m hoping they will so inspire, raise the bar and open doors for up and coming talent in the food and drinks industry.”
The bacon brunch will include a pig on a spit as well a bacon and egg brioche with chorizo jam; bacon and egg breaky empandas; chorizo and prawn paella; and smokey bacon Bloody Marys.
