The Hospitality Leaders Summit returns to Melbourne on Monday 31 July and time is running out to secure your tickets to the must-attend event.

The industry will once again gather together for a full-day program that will see presentations and panel discussions take place.

Mabu Mabu’s Nornie Bero is the 2023 keynote presenter of the summit and will kick off the event with a one-hour session on First Nations food and culture.

Staffing and recruitment strategies will be covered in a panel with Sarah Dougas from Trader House, Nathan Toleman from The Mulberry Group, Lee Smith from Stokehouse, and Adam Brownell from Hector’s Deli.

Individual sessions on the latest innovations in uniforms and how they impact a venue, the progression of the plant-based sector, the global food system, investing in technology, cost-effective menu planning, and navigating employment legal issues will run throughout the day, complementing group panels on:

  • Marketing and branding
  • 2024 food and beverage trends
  • Sustainability and eco innovations

The summit at Metropolis Events will provide plenty of networking opportunities as well as morning tea, lunch, and post-event drinks.

Don’t miss your chance to secure your place at the event now and hear from the forces behind some of the city’s most successful venues including Chae, Byrdi, Farmer’s Daughters, Belles, Public Hospitality, Odd Culture Group, and more.
