A new patisserie has launched in Lane Cove specialising in viennoiserie.
Lamin8 is baking a range of pastries including croissants, danishes, palmiers alongside a selection of sourdough breads, cakes, macarons, pies and petit fours.
All the classics are available plus Lamin8’s own creations including matcha palmiers and raspberry croissants.
The venue is the brainchild of Jian Yao, who has run wholesale pastry business Continental Patisserie for the last 35 years.
“My team and I are so excited to be able to now connect with our consumers directly and share in their experiences of our quality yet innovative products,” says Yao.
On the bread front, charcoal sourdough is on offer plus pea flower covered in gold dust and the usual options.
The Lane Cove store is the first to open, with more locations planned to launch in 2021.
