As part of the property’s $345 million overhaul, Jupiters Gold Coast has swung open the doors to its latest restaurant, Garden Kitchen & Bar.

The modern fit-out features a generous dining area and a bar area boasting natural light, as well as an open kitchen and a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the property’s gardens.

The communal dining area has a 13m indoor bar serving a selection of handcrafted beers, wine on tap and a range of signature cocktails and shared pitchers.

“Garden Kitchen & Bar showcases some of the freshest, seasonal produce and very best in design, incorporating an abundance of light-filled space and elegant simplicity that allows our guests to truly embrace the Gold Coast lifestyle,” said The Star Entertainment Group managing director Queensland, Geoff Hogg.

Menu items at Garden Kitchen & Bar include the Pitaya bowl with toasted granola and fresh fruit for breakfast; roasted and raw vegetable quinoa salad for lunch; and Chef’s Rotisserie served with smashed potatoes and fresh rocket salad for dinner.

Located on the ground level and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day from 7am until late, the site has a capacity for more than 350 people and is the largest of the Jupiters’ new restaurants, stretching across more than double the footprint of the former The PA Pub.

Last year, Jupiters launched its first ever outdoor dining venue, Cucina Vivo, as well as a new Japanese restaurant called Kiyomi, headed up by chef Chase Kojima, who also operates Sokyo at The Star in Sydney.
