Made Establishment is continuing its growth in Sydney with a new Jimmy Grants store set to open in Bondi Junction.

The group is currently recruiting for the new venue, which it says is part of its “serious growth plans” for its Sydney operations.

Made Establishment CEO Troy McDonagh confirms the store is due to open in Westfield Bondi Junction around September.

“The store will be a great way to share our Greek souva bar concept with the locals at Bondi and surrounding suburbs and we will have the full menu available showcasing all of the best Jimmys Greek street food dishes created by GC (George Calombaris),” he told Hospitality.

“Our refreshed design also captures the essence of the Jimmys brand but with a respectful localised feel tailored to the Bondi community.”

Subject to the relevant approvals, the new location will also be the first fully integrated Jimmy Grants store with the inclusion of Made’s yoghurt brand Yochi as the dessert offering.

Jimmy Grants takes inspiration from Australia’s immigrant culture, delivering fresh new food experiences for people on the go. The menu boasts souvas filled with tender meat alongside crunchy chips exactly as they’re made in Greece.

The Bondi location will join Jimmy Grants Sydney Central Plaza, which opened late last year, as well as seven existing locations in Melbourne.
