MAdE Establishment and chef George Calombaris will open Sydney’s first Jimmy Grants souvlaki bar in Sydney Central Plaza on Wednesday 18 October, followed by the opening of a Newtown store in the weeks following.

Jimmy Grants takes inspiration from Australia’s immigrant culture, delivering fresh new food experiences for people on the go.  The menu boasts souvas filled with tender meat alongside crunchy chips exactly as they’re made in Greece. Jimmy Grants’ signature souva, Mr Papadopoulos, includes slow-roasted lamb, mustard aioli, chips, onions and parsley. In 2016, the dish topped the list of the most ordered UberEATS dish across the world[1].

“Jimmy Grants will bring an urban vibe wherever it goes,” says Troy McDonagh, CEO of MAdE Establishment.

“Stores will feature graffiti murals and vintage photographs alongside repurposed and industrial materials. The murals and photos will bring to life the stories of the immigrant spirit and journey.”

The menu also features share plates with a choice of lamb or chicken, fresh salads and grains alongside a selection of mouth-watering desserts. MAdE recently launched an organic soda range Tricycle, which is also available.
