Chef and consultant James Metcalfe will open a wine bar and eatery in Sydney’s Ultimo.
Located on 822 George Street, the 45-seat venue is a collaboration between JRM Hospitality and +U Work Collective.
Saint George is slated to open in October, offering up an all-day eatery covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, snacks and drinks. The menu will revolve around casual fare and local and seasonal produce.
“Saint George has something for everyone travelling through Sydney’s CBD – the local university student seeking their morning coffee, the Sydney foodie scene and the corporate suits for an after-work beverage, snack or meal,” says Metcalfe.
Saint George will be open seven days from early until late.
