D.O.C is slated to open its seventh location at St Kilda’s Saint Moritz residences on The Esplanade this month.

The St Kilda outpost will be the latest from the group which opened its first location on Melbourne’s Lygon Street, before expanding across Carlton, Mornington, Southbank, and Sydney’s Surry Hills.

The latest location coincides with D.O.C’s 20th anniversary and sees the group team up with Gurner Group for the opening.

D.O.C St Kilda will continue the group’s authentic, old-school Italian hospitality with both dine-in and take-away options.

The menu will feature antipasto, primi, and secondi with the group’s signature pizzas and pasta joined by some venue-exclusive dishes such as a duck and Montenegro ragu and beef tagliata.

Guests can also expect a bar menu at the new St Kilda location serving up fresh oysters, daily market fish, and fritto misto.

“This year marks a milestone 20th anniversary for D.O.C, and we’re thrilled to open another Victorian pizza venue catering to St Kilda and the southern suburbs,” says D.O.C Director Michael Costanzo.

“The new space will feature the same timeless passion and service of our flagship venues while honouring the progression of Italy’s culinary scene.”

D.O.C St Kilda will be open for dinner Monday to Thursday, and for lunch and dinner Friday to Sunday.
