Sam Prince Hospitality Group — operator of venues including Kid Kyoto and Mejico — is looking for a highly motivated head chef with a passion for producing culinary excellence to lead the Indu family.

Located in Angel Place, Sydney, Indu is inspired by the culture and hospitality of the villages of Southern India and Sri Lanka. The food is coastal, with an innovative approach utilising Australian fresh and seasonal produce.

Responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of Indu’s unique dishes, whilst managing the driven kitchen brigade, the head chef will have the opportunity to develop new menus while assuring accuracy of recipes and product specifications.
