HWKR reveal new dining concepts

Melbourne’s HWKR has announced four new dining concepts opening throughout August, including a secret MasterChef contestant currently on the show.

Son in Law have made their debut at HWKR, dishing up modern Thai fusion.

Exclusive HWKR dishes include roasted duck rice and a chocolate ball emoji dessert along with son in law eggs, chicken pad Thai and soft shell crab and prawn green curry.

Sydney’s Ume will dish up gourmet Asian fusion hotdog made from wood-smoked frankfurts. Diners can choose from five different options including the KimChi dog with kimchi, tonkatsu sauce, mayo crunchy noodles and cheese.

Poklol x Puffle are debuting at HWKR on the 9th of August, introducing savoury and sweet egg waffles. Think Vietnamese, Korean and Mexican flavours wrapped up in a crisp and fluffy HongKong style egg waffle oozing with cheese. Dessert waffles will also feature on the menu.
