Brisbane’s Craft’d Grounds is set to welcome French-inspired restaurant and bar, Hervé’s in March 2022.

Venue Owner Hervé Dudognon, is excited to provide a French dining experience to the area.

“The vision has always been to create a community destination – an extension of
your home that’s warm and inviting,” says Dudognon.

“Brisbane has a rich dining culture, and while there’s many elegant restaurants and
bars in town, we’ve seen a real opportunity to bring a new world-class, yet relaxed
approach to French-inspired dining.”

Joining Dudognon will be his wife Cristina Dudognon, along with Executive Chef Chris Norman and Pastry Chef Alex Norman.

The husband and wife chef duo will collectively offer their experience working in venues such as the Ritz Hotel in London and Australia, the Merivale Group and The One & Only Resort.

Guests can expect modern dishes that use locally sourced produce from throughout the country, including premium south-east Australian oysters.

Drink options will feature a range of local and international wines made by artisanal producers.

“When it comes to food and wine, we don’t mess around. We can’t wait to share a
careful curation of Australian, French and other international wines that respect our
natural environment,” says Dudognon.

“We’ll be representing the work, the dedication, and understanding of everything it
takes to make artisanal wines by some of the most humble, yet great winemakers.”

Supporting Dudognon’s new venture is Co-Founder and Business Partner David Lyons who is one of Australia’s leading legal investment and international trade advisors.

Hervé’s Restaurant and Bar will be open Wednesday to Sunday on Level 1 of Craft’d Grounds.
