Founder of Gluten Free Grain Free co., Tania Hubbard has launched an online workshop exclusively for the foodservice industry to support the delivery of free-from products.

Having carved a solid presence in Australia’s free-from sector over the past seven years, Hubbard says that she aims to deliver versatile everyday recipes for the foodservice sector via her online workshops.

“I am excited to launch the online Bread Workshop as part of a series of training packages exclusively for restaurant, catering and caf sectors,” says Hubbard. “The Bread Workshop focuses on keeping gluten-free simple, agile, profitable and easy. I created this bread recipe in my caf learning as I went that the key was to create an everyday recipe that I could use in more than one way.”

Hubbard says that the workshop includes tools, resources, videos and printable recipes as well as a full recipe matrix. Recipes include: a master bread recipe (including a nut-free version); savoury herb muffins; sandwich bread; fig and rosemary bread; chocolate, orange sweet bread; breakfast muffins; scones and pizza.

 “Being able to offer customers a gluten-free option, made in-house, from a handful of ingredients, lots of different ways means a better experience for customers, improved menu planning for business and a better bottom line overall,” says Hubbard.
