Alejandro Saravia’s Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters is celebrating the warm weather with a pop-up with none other than Gin Palace.
The two Melbourne institutions will come together early next year to champion Victorian ingredients at the Terrace Bar, so expect plenty of local produce across both food and drink.
Gin Palace is scheduled to undergo a renovation in January, so the team decided it was the perfect time to head over to Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters for a limited residency.
The pop-up will run from 5pm 18-20 January before commencing again on 25 January and concluding on the 27th.

Guests can expect a unique cocktail menu from Gin Palace’s bar team including a martini, sbagliato, Victoria Bespoke Martinez, and a Negroni made with Four Pillars gin, Marionette bitter liqueur and pineapple infusion, sparkling wine, and pineapple garnish.
On the food front, snacks cover potato rosti with cured Bass Strait scallop and avocado as well as lamb chops with mountain pepper mustard.
Bookings are available, with walk-ins welcome.
