Foodservice Australia has announced the event has a new date to ensure it runs according to its full potential.
The show will now be held from 24-26 August 2021 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Associated events such as the Chef Success Workshop, Cafe School and Chef of the Year will also be moved to coincide with the revised date.
“We made this decision in the best interests of exhibitors and visitors,” says Event Director Tim Collett.
“While we may have been able to run on the original June dates the restrictions in Melbourne would have made it hard for everyone to attend. This short delay allows us to run a show that is even bigger and better than anticipated.”
Pre-existing exhibitor, visitor and conference registrations will be automatically moved and registrations remain open for food and hospitality business workers.
“The food and hospitality industry is desperate to reconnect and rebuild,” says Collett.
“Covid has made everyone look closely at how they operate and where we are heading. This show will be the place to find new products, new suppliers and new ideas. Frankly I think it will be the most important trade show we have ever run.”
