Made Establishment has appointed former Rockpool Dining Group general manager Vanessa Crichton to the role of general manager – restaurants.

Crichton stepped into the role this month and will work across The Press Club, Press Club Projects, Gazi and all Hellenic Republic locations.

She brings to the role more than 20 years of experience leading high-profile operations, including with Rockpool Dining Group (The Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple and Rosetta) for 12 years and with The Mathis Group (Upper House, Lower House and Taxi Dining Room) prior to that.

Crichton won Gourmet Traveller’s Maître d’ of the Year award in 2016 and was the 2014 recipient of The Age Good Food Guide’s Service Excellence Award.

George Calombaris welcomed Crichton’s appointment.
