David Chang has confirmed he will expand his LA footprint with the opening of Momofuku Noodle Bar in West Hollywood.
Slated to open in 2019, the location will join Majordomo, which debuted in Los Angeles last year.
Chang tells Eater the menu will mostly reflect the core concept, which focuses on ramen and pork buns, but will also have unique features you won’t find anywhere else.
The LA outlet joins just two other Noodle Bar restaurants which are located in New York and Toronto.
Noodle Bar will open along La Cienega Boulevard and will count Nobu, The Nice Guy and E.P. & L.P. as neighbours.
