The Customs House terrace in Brisbane city is set to host the new Chandon Garden Spritz pop-up bar starting from 27 October.

Guests can enjoy drinks and scenic views at the riverfront venue with no bookings required.

The Chandon Garden spritz, consisting of Chandon’s sparkling wine and orange bitters, will be the main feature alongside a raft of cocktails.

Beverage options will encompass everything from a Tommy’s margarita to an espresso martini.

French, Italian and Australian wines are also on offer.

On the food front, expect Moreton Bay bug croissants made with citrus-poached bugs and French Oscietra caviar accompanied by blinis and crème fraiche.

Dishes also include salmon gravlax with blood orange, smoked sour cream and chive oil and fromage croquettes paired with pickled walnut and rosemary aioli.

The Chandon Garden Spritz at Customs House will be open on Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm and on the weekend from 1pm.
