Corbett & Claude have opened their first Sydney restaurant at Rhodes Waterside. Corbett & Claude’s name pays homage to its first location in Brisbane’s 100-year-old Corbett Chambers dining hall.
With an emphasis on shared food and a relaxed atmosphere, Corbett & Claude's will offer small plates, gourmet pizzas and charcuterie boards paired with an extensive cocktail menu and selection of craft beers.
“We are very excited to have opened at Rhodes – this is our first move to Sydney, or anywhere out of Queensland for that matter, and we hope to be a favourite meeting place for old and new friends. We also have our range of Corbett & Claude cocktails and 12-tap craft beer system at the bar, including our very own house lager for those after an after-work drink, or weekend get-together with friends,” said Tim Johnson, Corbett & Claude director.
Corbett & Claude will join other dining options at Rhodes Waterside, including Rhodes Phoenix Chinese Restaurant, Lilly’s Espresso & Cucina, Mama’s Wok, Rashays, Ribs & Burgers, Smokkim Korean BBQ,Tomodachi and Guzman Y Gomez.
