Chef Colin Fassnidge’s hospitality company By Fassnidge has concluded its partnership with Sydney pub the Terminus Hotel.
It marks the end of a close to four-year partnership, which saw Fassnidge and his team reboot the culinary offering at the Pyrmont venue on Harris Street after it underwent a renovation in 2018.
“Our consultancy provided an opportunity to deliver a dining experience in line with the renewed gem, add to the vibrant Pyrmont dining landscape and create a social hub to welcome and connect with the community whose support we will always remember and appreciate,” reads a statement.
The company is currently still operating Banksia Bistro in South West Sydney and has indicated future projects are in the works.
“The conclusion of our partnership with the Termimus enables us to further invest our energy and attention on upcoming projects, which we look forward to delivering in 2022.”
