Coffee Bondi Beach is a new hospitality concept for the beachside Sydney suburb, with on-site roasting, brewing lessons, chilled coffee on tap and monthly supplies of personalised blends.

“We wanted to lift the coffee experience beyond the standard caf fare,” said co-founder Joe Pags.

Coffee boasts a large cast iron and brass roaster, custom-built in Germany, and Pags together with fellow founder Cam Price are also making their own macadamia ‘mylk’, with no cows milk on offer.

“We have noticed a strong trend away from cows milk, as people discover the shortcomings of the dairy industry and try to live healthier, better lives,” Pags said.

Coffee also serves cold drip on tap, which is available in hip flasks for takeaway, and the business also offers a subscription service, My Coffee, allowing customers to order personalised blends.

“We deliver different coffee blends on a weekly or monthly basis, tailored to how you brew at home,” Pags said. “My Coffee allows you to drink high quality coffee blends for a fraction of the price you would pay at a caf."
