Hobart is set to welcome Mary Mary, the latest venture from acclaimed Bartender Charlie Ainsbury.
The venue is located within the new Tasman Hotel and is a team effort with Proof and Company; a venture of cocktail creatives (including Ainsbury) who are behind some of the world’s best bars.

“Mary Mary will be a celebration and dedication to the abundance of exceptional ingredients, spirits and liquors of Tasmania and Australia, with an experience curated for the appreciator of a fine beverage.
Most importantly, we want to create a drinking den with a sense of discovery that feels inviting and convivial for our guests.”
Mary Mary will open alongside the Tasman in late 2021.
