Maurice Terzini has joined forces with Lang Walker’s Walker Corporation to bring Bondi eatery CicciaBella to Sydney’s west.

The venue will open in September within the new Parramatta Square complex, which will also house a number of yet-to-be-announced concepts.

“Parramatta Square is an incredible exciting development, revitalising the city centre and creating a new culinary experience in Parramatta,” says Terzini.

It’s not the first collaboration between Terzini and Walker, with the pair launching Woolloomooloo’s Otto back in 2000.

Nic Wong is currently heading up the Bondi CicciaBella team, and the Parramatta line up will be announced in the coming weeks.

Diners can look forward to a venue that not only revolves around a food and beverage offering, but one that also has “lifestyle concepts” that engage the customer.

The expansion comes after Terzini recently confirmed he is no longer involved with The Dolphin Hotel in Surry Hills and is now the sole owner of CicciaBella.

“Over the last three months I’ve worked really hard to maintain CicciaBella, a brand that is dear to my heart,” says Terzini.

“It’s a true reflection of my childhood in Italy, bringing together an accumulation of all the Italian concepts I love.”
