Chefs Gallery will open its very first permanent international restaurant in Xi’an, China, this October.
Founded in 2010, the first Chefs Gallery opened at Sydney’s Town Hall, and it has since expanded into Parramatta, Macquarie and Bankstown.
Chefs Gallery founder, Kaisern Ching said, “It’s a bold move taking an Australian born Chinese restaurant to China but we’ve got a really great product that has been so well received here I’m confident it’s going to take off in China as well.”
The new restaurant will open in a new shopping centre development, The City, in the historically rich city of Xi’an.
Chefs Gallery is recognised for using a combination of flavours from modern Chinese cuisine and profiling contemporary Chinese art at its venues. Chefs make the noodles by hand, behind a glass-walled kitchen.
