Sydney-based chef and restaurateur Orazio D’Elia will feature as the social enterprise’s Chef of the Month this June.

Throughout the month, D’Elia’s menu will be served at Two Good Co’s cafe in Darlinghurst’s Yirranma Place and will also be available to purchase through the company’s catering service.

D’Elia’s menu is inspired by his Italian heritage, and features a soup, dessert and a toasted sandwich recipe by his grandmother.

The nostalgic toasted sandwich includes parmesan-crumbed smoked mozzarella, leg ham and artichoke.

The soup features Tuscan sausage, cannellini, and cavolo nero and parmesan crostini.

To finish, D’Elia’s sweet dish is hand-made cannoli with ricotta and candied orange.

D’Elia’s Two Good Co Chef of the Month menu will be available from 1 June.
