Sydney chicken concept Chargrill Charlie’s has officially opened the doors to its new flagship store in Bondi.
The venue is located on Curlewis Street and is also home to a new concept – Chargrill Charlie’s Milk Bar.
Visitors will be able to walk up to a dedicated window on Gould Street to get their hands on everything from a $2 soft serve to milkshakes and thickshakes that can be customised with confectionery as well as limited-run items.
The venue caters for both takeaway and dine-in, with the interior inspired by the store’s beachside surroundings.
Chargrill Charlie’s signature chickens are front and centre along with burgers, schnitzels, rolls, sides, desserts and a rotating roster of salads.
“Opening a store on Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach has long been a dream of mine since joining the Chargrill Charlie’s family,” says Greg Cohen, Bondi store partner.
“The anticipation and support from the local community as the store has been built has been extraordinary to watch. We’re so excited to be opening during summer and can’t wait to welcome family and friends … ”
The Bondi venue marks the 17th store for the brand, which will open a Beecroft venue in the coming weeks.
Chargrill Charlie’s Bondi is open seven days a week from 9am until 9pm.
