Byron Finnerty has joined Le Cordon Bleu Australia as regional officer for Victoria and Tasmania.
The former MasterChef Australia contestant will be speaking at a range of events to inspire young chefs and communicate the opportunities that come with working as a qualified chef or patissier.
Finnerty completed a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney on the back of his stint on MasterChef in 2014.
“I am so excited to join the Le Cordon Bleu brand,” says Finnerty. “My major roles will include reaching out to Australian students [and] cooking live at food and career events.”
