The Business of Food Expo will be held Monday 5 March at Kingston City Hall in Moorabbin, Victoria.
The expo was launched by Jane Del Rosso (My Other Kitchen) and is targeted to businesses at every level, providing participants with the opportunity to gain insights and knowledge from a range of experts.
Speakers will share their knowledge including author Rita Erlich who will discuss food trends, changes in the industry and what’s next in food.
MAdE Establishment’s George Sykiotis will also attend the event and is responsible for restaurants including The Press Club, Gazi, Hellenic Republic and Jimmy Grants. Sykiotis will provide practical advice to those who aspire to being a restaurateur.]
There will also be two panels consisting of business owners who will discuss hospitality and food retail.
