The Burleigh Pavilion has opened on the Gold Coast, courtesy of the team behind Manly Wharf Hotel and Mrs Sippy in Double Bay and Bali.
Split up into two sections, the venue consists of The Tropic (restaurant) and The Terrace (casual eating and drinking).
Local ingredients are the primary focus of the 240-seat restaurant, with menu highlights including the seafood platter, wood-fired pig doughnut with preserved vegetables and grilled tiger prawns.
The Terrace has capacity for 400 patrons and offers a bar menu with fish and chips, wood-fired pizzas, salads and burgers all on offer.
Patrons can select from 90 wines, 14 beers and a range of cocktails such as the rosy gin kombucha with gin, Campari, lemon juice and lemon and ginger kombucha.
The Terrace is open seven days a week from 11am until midnight and The Tropic is open seven days from 12pm until midnight.
