The Night Noodle Markets is slated to make a return to Brisbane, but this time, it has a new home.
The event has been rescheduled from its original date and will instead take place from 22 September to 3 October at the Botanic Gardens.
“Brisbane missed out on the real life Night Noodle Markets last year, so we’re very excited to be back this year for Brisbanites,” says Venessa Cowell, head of Nine Food Events.
“The event’s loyal food vendors as well as new faces, are itching to get back to doing what they love, creating delicious cult dishes that conjure memories of exploration, travel and connecting with loved ones over moreish food.”
Newcomers include Nodo Donuts, Hashtag Burgers & Waffles, Stone & Copper Curry and Snack Bar and Schillykickk Thai fusion.
Brisbane’s very own Teppanyaki Noodles will be cooking up yakisoba noodles and teriyaki chicken sticks along with Raijin which will serve chicken karaage and gyoza and Steamed Dim Sum’s dumplings.
National stallholders include Bao Brothers, Hoy Pinoy, Gelato Messina, Wokmaster, Donburi Station, May’s Malaysian and more.
The market will run from Monday to Sunday and is free to attend.
