Bondi Pizza will open its next Australian location at Broadway Sydney on 14 November, completing the line-up of new international and domestic retailers in the centre’s $55 million Level 2 redevelopment.

The new restaurant will feature a large casual dining area with emphasis on the bar, which will boast natural light from Broadways’ large facade windows. The fit-out also features a one-off, floor-to-ceiling mural painted by local Glebe based artist, Lance Corlett.

Jeff Fisher, Bondi Pizza CEO, said “The team at Mirvac has done an amazing job transforming what was a somewhat tired precinct into one of Sydney’s most impressive dining and entertainment offers.

“Our new restaurant will be an impressive anchor within an array of well know food brands and the Broadway location promises to be the jewel in our steadily expanding group which stretches from Bondi to Parramatta, and includes sites at Eastgardens, Brighton-Le-Sands, Top Ryde and Macquarie."

Mirvac Retail’s Senior Development Manager, Christina Nelson, added "Enhancing the food and dining offering has been a key focus for the centre in response to research into our customer’s dining trends and [Bondi Pizza] will no doubt be a hit with locals and visitors."

Fellow food retailers at Broadway Sydney include Zeus Street Greek, Din Tai Fung, Pepper Seeds Thai, Sushi Hon, Passiontree Velvet, Mumbai Express, Eat Istanbul, Ilmi Korean BBQ, Soul Origin, Hero Sushi, Sumo Green Label, Nando’s, Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Schnitz and Guzman Y Gomez.
