Bondi Pizza will open its next Australian store at Broadway Sydney this summer, adding to the line-up of international and domestic retailers forming the centre’s $55 million Level 2 redevelopment.
Opening Thursday 18 August, the new Level 2 will be unveiled to the public for the first time since works commenced just over a year ago, offering a range of high profile food, fashion and beauty retailers.
Bondi Pizza will lease 380 square metres when the venue opens later this year. Courtney Hogan, marketing manager of Bondi Pizza said, “The Bondi Pizza team are very excited to open our seventh restaurant location at Broadway Sydney. At Broadway Sydney you will find all of the Bondi Pizza dishes that you know and love along with our quality produce and a top class team, with of a fresh new look to complement the incredible redevelopment of Broadway Sydney.”
Fellow Broadway food retailers include Zeus Street Greek, Din Tai Fung, Pepper Seeds Thai, Sushi Hon, Passiontree Velvet, Mr. Wu, Bun Me, Mumbai Express, Eat Istanbul, Ilmi Korean BBQ, Soul Origin, Hero Sushi, Nando’s, Grill’d Healthy Burgers, Schnitz and Guzman Y Gomez.
